Live Performances at Hamilton Tiger-Cats Home Games This CFL Season

Hamilton, ON – The Hamilton Tiger-Cats, in partnership with the Hamilton Sports Group, are proud to launch the Stipley Stage Battle of the Bands, a dynamic new initiative showcasing emerging Canadian musical talent from Hamilton and across Southern Ontario.

Now accepting submissions, this competition gives artists the chance to perform live at a Tiger-Cats home game during the 2025 CFL season. A panel will select finalists from submitted applications, and fan voting throughout the season will determine the ultimate winner.

The Grand Prize winner will receive a $5,000 cash award, in-game promotion, and social media exposure to support their musical journey. All participating bands will be compensated for their performance and receive official Tiger-Cats merchandise.

Key Details:

• Open to Canadian bands with at least one original song

• Performances take place pre-game on the Stipley Stage at Tim Hortons Field

• Application deadline: April 30, 2025

• Bands must apply through the official [Hamilton Tiger-Cats website] and submit a bio, music sample, and social media links

• Performances must be family-friendly; all gear must be supplied by the band
