The Sling Sisters Announce Debut Americana Album What I Hope to Find | “Chasing Whiskey With a Kiss”
Cambridge / Toronto, ON — January 2026 — Canadian Blues-Americana-Country trio The Sling Sisters have announced their debut album, What I Hope to Find, set for release on January 31, 2026.
Led by award-winning vocalist and producer Elana Harte, alongside Suzie B. and Kelly Mulholland, the album blends roots-driven songwriting with rich three-part harmony, emphasizing authenticity, musicianship, and storytelling.
The lead single, “Chasing Whiskey With A Kiss,” is available now with an accompanying music video. Recorded at East Iris Studios in Nashville, the track features renowned session players Buddy Hyatt (TOTO) on keys and Brent Mason on electric guitar, delivering a spirited, Nashville-infused anthem about living in the moment.
While Harte produced and mixed the remainder of the album, What I Hope to Find also features contributions from musicians in New York, the UK, Brazil, and Ukraine, with mastering by Joao Carvalho. The record balances traditional roots foundations with carefully layered arrangements and vocal depth.
