As the New Year begins, a renewed focus on mental wellness is more important than ever. To address the rising challenges of loneliness and isolation, the Lean On Me: The Effects of Loneliness and Isolation on Mental Health forum will convene on January 23, 2025, from 2 PM to 3 PM (PT). This impactful event is free of charge and will unite a diverse panel of speakers for an open dialogue on mental health.
