This forum serves as a precursor to the Empower Change Together Gala on April 12, 2025, which will continue this vital conversation and raise funds for mental health initiatives. Purchase tickets for the gala at Eventbrite.

With an emphasis on diversity, the forum will highlight how mental health challenges affect individuals of all ethnicities, genders, and walks of life. Attendees will leave with practical tools and renewed motivation to prioritize mental wellness in the year ahead.
